The overall professionalism of everybody involved. The coordinator was in every aspect. The driver was friendly and respectful. We were updated throughout the move. We didn't have to call.

The overall experience, they were very professional and courteous, and the care of the loading and unloading influenced my rating.

Everything. They showed up early. The turnaround time for delivery and they took care of all the possessions we were concerned about.

Everything was just done well. The movers made sure we aware of what they were packing and professional. I was impressed b/c they had a difficult move and it didn't bother them.

I was happy. They can always do better but a 9 was excellent. I haven't unpacked everything yet. So far what I have done is exactly as it should be.

The person who sold me the program. The treatment of the pick up and the del. They had a over size and could not get through. But they handled the situation.

The whole package, the rep Shaun, the gentlemen that came to load were very professional. was boxes of comic books packed very good for my husband. The weather conditions from beginning to end was bad from Wisconsin and North Carolina but everybody worked very hard, fast and didn't let anything affect them. Everything went extremely well.

They were really good. The communication was great and everyone was careful with my stuff. They were very polite.

The people were very courteous and attentive to questions or issues. They consulted us if they had any questions. They were careful and polite.

Workers were extremely nice, handled everything professionally, overall good, good people to work w/.

Everything went smoothly. Everybody was nice. It was an easy move. All of these aspects of the move influenced my rating.

B/c of the overall move & outcome. There was some misunderstanding with my plants, which caused me stress but overall I had a very good experience. The sales rep agreed to have my plants moved. The driver at 1st didn't want to do it but in the end he did. There should be a better communication with the sales reps and the drivers.

They did a great job ,They packed everything up and they were over protective with my stuff and that's a good thing.

The process was easy, quick, helpful and the company kept in touch with me with good communication skills and confirming that the time given was ok with me.

It was the courtesy & the professionalism. It was everything. It all went smoothly. They did a great job w/ the packing they did.

They did an excellent job. I was happy w/them. But there were a couple of items left behind. We had a 3rd party to work on the move too.

The reps I dealt with were very professional, let me know what was going on, friendly and it was a good experience.

I was satis with the entire team, they were helpful, the communication was good and they took good care of our items. It was a smooth move.

I'm satisfied with the service, but I am concerned about the rate and that is why I gave it a 07. That was something that the team could not accommodate.

The service and price. The driver was a little bit ahead of time. It was great because we got started early. We appreciate the promptness and efficiency of the driver.

The movers were exceptional. They communicated well and they were timely. The movers cared for my goods.

In general, I was very satisfied. The issue was the delivery, we had a lot of stuff. The driver wasn't able to get another person to help with the unloading. It was a really long day. They were nice people. There were some marks on the wall, but we cleaned it. It seemed they rushed toward the end and they were here about 9 or 10 hours. They should've had another person to help.

Troy was our driver. Everything was professionally done. He took interest in the job and in us as individuals. It was a really good experience.

I have used Allied before and the driver has always been nice. They did what they promised every time.

The professionalism of the staff. The communication with the ppl in the office as well the driver and the crew.

The whole process, it was very impressive. The movers were great wrapping my things, the delivery was the same.

The full experience. The driver and crew did not arrive to load my things on time b/c they had a flat tire.

Everything went very smoothly and as promised. The courtesy, efficient, and skill from Tom and Chris. Both were communicative and excellent. The driver and crew was early but told me. Chris, the coordinator, was efficient, excellent, and handled everything. I will refer Allied.

Allied was courteous, friendly, always answered my calls, everything was on schedule, and the drivers went the extra mile.

The fact that I haven't unpacked my boxes , and there is a missing shelf. We are missing a shelf, and they delivered something that belonged to somebody else.

The driver loaded on the front end and back end with us. He loaded us in storage and 3 weeks later he delivered it and he was awesome.

The quality of the people and how professional they were doing the move in reaching me. They were very careful with my things.

We were never reminded or told that coming from Florida our things that were packed would freeze. Many of our items froze. I was told that Allied would have to address that. My hoover vaccumn was ruin It was not boxed and it was destroyed. Our driver was excellent.

From start to finish, when I 1st made initial contact w/Allied I got a response back. Rhonda my coordinator was helpful & communicated well. The driverkept me updated all the time & communicated well. I was also shown concern & care for my personal items.

They have a good reputation & the service was good. We may have used them in our move from NY to NC several years ago.

They whole experience. The estimate was good and the driver. His name was Reggy and his crew was very professional. Jorge and Gess were very phenominal.

They did a great job of communicating and getting the job done. My things were put into storage, they have not been delivered to the final location.

The driver arranged everything perfectly. He had an excellent team. Everything was packed & delivered w/ care. They were cordial. The driver kept me informed and made sure everything was perfect.

There were good with the communication and the movers did an awesome job, they really cared about our stuff.

The overall move. I was impressed from start to finish. They were very courteous, professional, organized, and they were on time.

The driver was extremely helpful and helped me set things up in my apartment and took the time to help pack my things. Overall good experience and called to make sure we had a good time for both of us

Everything was just perfect to be honest with you they were very nice, everything was delivered whenpromised and we had nothing missing. The delivery driver arrived before time it was ok.I was pleased with this.

I didn't have any issues during the move. The movers showed up early and they were efficient. It was a surprisingly easy process.

I gave that rating because of the professionalism of the crew and driver and also because I was very happy with the customer service I received from Ciara.

The customer service was more than outstanding. They followed up well. We were extremely pleased w/ the sales rep and the price. The crew was great & was helpful and cautious about my walls & moving.

The efficiency and communication most influenced my rating. My tight time frame was accommodated, and the guys who showed up were very personable. They gave us advice about moving to Connecticut.

My driver. He picked up all of my items and drove across country and dropped them off. His name was Ralph

The whole process from beginning to end was handled very professionally. It was very difficult because I was on the East Coast and my stuff was on the West Coast and I always knew what was going on.

I had a really good experience with scheduling and Troy, the driver, did a really good job. He was incredible. He's easily the best driver and customer service I've seen.

The driver and crew was on time they were careful with my items and we will use ALLIED again. They were accommodating of the dates which we needed.

Just a few miscommunications with the office; but I never had any issues with the driver. Nothing major though. I had to have things taken to a storage unit, and it was very muddy there, but they did great getting everything in. They did nice.

I really liked the packers. The woman that packed the files were clearly marked. She used an extreme amount of care and professionalism. The loaders and unloaders were very careful with the goods We did not get any documentation regarding the weight of the move.

This was our 1st professional move. The sales agent told us about surveys like this one. The move was incredible. They came early. They were kind, considerate & friendly. I would use them again.

I rated a ten b/c we needed fitness equipment moved from my business to a home. That was the move. The folks at Carey Moving were exceptionally helpful. They were the sub-contracted movers.

The driver, Victor, was great. He was professional, nice, and he was informative throughout the move. I give him a rating of 10+ and I highly recommend him to anyone. The driver, Victor, was professional and prompt. He was fantastic. Casey, the guy who gave me the quote, was great. I felt so comfortable with him.

The driver was awesome and went the extra mile. The rep who explained the cost handled everything well.

I was pleased with what they did. They delivered my furniture much earlier than what they were supposed to and I really appreciated that. They delivered on time and they were good. I already recommended Allied.

The distance of the move and the communication from the driver was good. I was satisfied with the help I received.

Margret, which is who coordinated my move and the driver who actually did the move, and they were amazing they were the main reason I chose Allied, they made my move better than I expected. I was extremely satisfied with the coordinator margret, and the driver who did my move, I was told by several people not to choose Allied but after talking to margret I decided to chose Allied.

They were very good, prompt, treated everything and everyone with respect, did what they were suppose to do, and the cost was reasonable.

The person that picked up and dropped it off was professional, quick, courteous, and efficient. They were with my stuff the whole entire time.

B/c they did what they said they would do. They packed things I did not pack. That was special to me and it got here to me.

Allied's overall conversation and being able to listen and care about what were going through most influenced my rating. I thought the move would take place on Tuesday, but it ended up taking place on Wednesday. I had the movers move some loose lumber and it turned out very well.

From the day the move was set-up and priced, everything went smooth. The driver, and crew was great, the office called before the delivery and everything was great.

Everything from the guy who visited the 1st time to how everything was coordinated in the office. Everybody showed up when they were supposed to & everything went smooth. I am very very happy with the move. I am very likely to use Allied Van Lines again b/c this is only a temporary move.

The head driver was great and he did a very good job supervising the men who was working for him. I packed some stuff and they did the rest. I brought more clothes than I did furniture. The furniture they packaged themselves.

I was satisfied with the person I worked with. Everything worked out proper. The day of a different truck was behind schedule, but it was okay w/ me. There is still a box missing. I have filed a claim.

Allied Van Lines were attentive to details and came into the budgets. The first crew was bad, but the second one was better.

I thought Allied was professional, everything got here safe & our fragile items got here safe. The packers packed several different cabinets in one box instead of making it organized for me.

The crew and the driver were good to work with I need to know the name of the local affiliate to drop off some boxes. I do not hhave a number to call.

THEY WERE ON TIME. AND THEY DELIVERED ON TIME. THAT WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. THE MOVER, THE TRUCK DRIVER, JD, WAS VERY GOOD.HE'S FROM FORT COLLINS, COLO. THE COORDINATOR WAS TED ANDERSON FROM BAILEY'S MOVING CO.

The overall communication, the estimate was spot on and the whole transaction was pretty smooth. Instead of a rep. coming out to the home I just spoke with someone over the phone.

B/c the person I had the most contact with she notified me of things. She was dealing with too many things at once. There should be more people helping her.

I gave that rating because they did what they were supposed to do. I wish I would have let them pack everything because they did such a good job. I am overall happy and I would recommend this service.

The service was great. I am happy w/ the move. I would come back to you if I have another move. I did not have any issues.

The driver was willing to work with us, he was very good. The coordinating person, her name was Cindy, she was really good.

We've moved 11 times. That was the best crew we ever had. What soured our experience was the mis-communications that if we were to do the unpacking, we'd have to break down 100 boxes & bag the debris. Our experience with this move was perfect until after the del. We chose to do our own unpacking. We were not told we had to break down those 100 boxes & put the paper in bags. That soured the deal.

Allied had the best estimate. They also had the best delivery time. I was very satisfied, b/c they were careful to not destroy my property. The delivery men placed a mat on the floor to protect the floors.
