The care of our items was good. The process for the pick up & the del were good. The packing was good too.

I enjoyed the service moving to Jacksonville but the local agents in Florida have not picked up the left over items from my garage yet. I called the local Allied Van lines I called three times and didn't receive a call. I was told by Barbara that I would have to pay 125 dollars to get my items moved out my home. It is frustrating.

It was the best move that we made. The ppl that came out, the packers were excellent, and overall I would recommend it. They tried to get everything on one truck. They had things outside. They unloaded the wrong things out the boxes. The packers packed the boxes and tried to put more things in.
