The miscommunication most influenced my rating. I'm not one to complain, but this has been kind of a nightmare. I told them they cannot treat customers like this. We still haven't received everything. Our car, boat, and jet ski's haven't arrived yet. There's been lots of miscommunication. It has nothing to do with loaders or unloaders. It's everything between.

The guy that dropped the night stand made a small dent on it that he did not say anything about. Overall they did a great job, but this is one instance.

This is my third move with Allied, they were polite, courteous and cared about my items like I do, they even liked my dog. I had antique dry sink and it had marble on top and on the back and the driver took care moving my antique. Allied has moved me three times and they were expensive but they are the one I trust.
